Was suppose to be making Caesar salad but my parents bought crab sticks. So made crab stick salad again!

Last week i was searching for different kind of salad. And this “macaroni salad” attracts my attention! So i decided to try making it yesterday.
Was telling my dear frens i wanna make it but didn’t. TADA! I finally did it!
Did not really follow the recipe as written at the website.
Ingredients: macaroni, carrot, green bell pepper, onion (thx my papa cuz he cut all those vegetables for me. haha)
sauce: kraft coleslaw sauce(leftover from crabstick salad), condense milk(weird? but it make the salad sweet. lol), fruit vinegar.
I added a little salt too. If anyone is trying to make that salad, i suggest don’t put too much milk. Or it will be too sweet! Luckily i put 3 tablespoons of milk, and the vegetable cover up a bit of the sweetness. Just nice, well balance of taste 
My 2nd bro enjoy this salad.

The day before, my bro bought the ingredient for the spicy rice-cake home. BUT neither of us know how to cook. is it to stir fry the sauce with oil? Or wadeva.. lolzx..
So yeah i went online search for instructions to cook it. Internet is so resourceful. HAHA!
And i found out is using hot water to boil it…
Actually instruction is to boil a pot of water using anchovies. Err use anchovies boil water take v.long time for the water to have any taste. So i use chicken stock instead. Added crabmeat ‘cuz just the rice-cake too plain. And added another thing…
KIMCHI! Actually no need kimchi, but my bro said add kimchi to give it more taste. The kimchi add on some sour taste. Is nice. I think i like this dish, the rice-cake v.chewy.

Another bad thing happen in 2009. On tuesday i went to shop around cosway point with my mum. So there were this sales exhibition at the big space outside Giordano. And we walk around and decided to buy some of their clothes. Then we went to pay at the cashier. I remember clearly that i only saw one uncle at the counter paying. So we stood behind the uncle and wait. In the meantime they were two person who came and they stood at the side of the cashier looking around. When the uncle paid and left the counter, i put the clothes we wanna buy onto the counter. When the cashier saw it, she shout at us! She shout “queue is there hor! u queue wrongly, u can’t buy is your own fault!!”…………….
!!! WTF?! We came first and she saw us. Even if so, she should not SHOUT and said such RUDE comments! So piss off! But then we didn’t argue with the cashier about it. Instead, i see her name on her name tag and complain to metro about this. f**king spoil mood.

This few days really damn frustrating with problems coming up. Then there was this cheque problem that i had to call up this “certain bank” hotline to retrieve my cheque.
The first time i call, the person who answer my call said i had to get the cheque Number.
ok, so i got the cheque number from the one who issue the cheque to me.
And i call the 2nd time. I said i got the cheque number and wanna ask them help me check WHERE THE HELL is my cheque. But the person said i can’t CALL them. The one who issue the cheque should call. *angry*
And so my mum help me call the hotline. She dial “2″ for chinese-speaking person to help. The 3 times she dial, the 1st call was an english speaking female. The 2nd call, and the one who answer is an english speaking guy. DOTSSS… Then wads the use of asking people choose “ENGLISH” or “CHINESE”!?
*blah blah blah.. and so now i am waiting for the issuer to reply my sms regarding my cheque since the bank alr send it back to her*

Watch a few movies recently.
1.Jennifer’s Body
This show is quite nice. I like that it follows a storyline and the flow. It isn’t very scary, acceptable kind of horror show about demon in human’s body. Bloody and disgusting scene(which is so common in nowadays movies) don’t show up that often.
2.My sister’s keeper
This show is really touching. THere are a lot feelings when watching this show. Family love, a mother’s greatness, a mother’s suffering, family problems, kid’s feelings…
3.Orphan
When i describe the story of this movie to my fren. Some went “Dots”. some were v.interested in the plot. I think the plot is not bad. The orphan is damn FREAKY! So.. The story all started when they adopted Esther, a 9 year old girl at orphanage. The girl seems well manner, however she gets kinda weird after awhile. The whole family except the father starts getting afraid of Esther. As the mother gets more suspicious, she start looking into more details of where the orphan came from. And one night tragic happens when there was only Esther, the father and another daughter of his at home. While the daughter was asleep, Esther dress up and tried seduce the father but fail. Getting rejected, she murder the father and the daughter. At the same time, the mother arrive in time to save the daughter as she manage to find out that the orphan isn’t really the way she really looks like….
4.mary and max
this show take place in kinda slow pace.. Talking about two penpal,Mary and Max. The whole show is about life stages and what they two wrote about to each other. The ending end with Mary finally meet up with Max but Max…
5.My life in ruins
ahhh i’m tired and lazy to write wads this movie is about. But anyway its kinda sweet and fun thing about life. lol
